Of all the luxury vehicles available when I purchased, I chose Lexus above all others due to the supposed quality and low required maintenance from 3-6 years. (The length I planned on keeping the car.)

I am furious that into my 6 years (soon after the warranty expired), I spent 50% of the value on the car on a new (used) engine. What's almost is bad is that I traded a 73,000 mileage engine for a 100k! What?!

My husband is due for a new car this summer and I'll be replacing this car when the engine warranty is up in December. NEITHER will be a Lexus. A couple of sales won't cost Lexus anything but I will spend the rest of my life telling anyone that will listen that Lexis is not the way to go!!
