My Cavalier had the stalling issues at 70,000 miles and 110,000 miles and 140,000 miles. Every time it was the ignition module. The first time the distributor coil that plugs into the module located on the shaft of the distributor was also bad. This is an easy inexpensive fix. Make sure you coat the bottom of the module with the provided silicon to help protect it from heat.
I just had my car fixed awhile ago and i thought we fixed it and now the car keeps stalling and then i go to start it it wont start and than it will start again and go down the road and stall again. I already had the fuel filter changed.
