The worst GM adventure I have ever had. After being a loyal GM customer for 50 years, having owned at least 30 different GM vehicles, never buying anything but GM products, could I get a GM customer service supervisor to talk to me? No. I couldn't even get a call back after leaving my phone number with the customer service lady (Erica) and being promised that one would call within the hour. That was days ago. So having a 2 1/2 year old car with less than 20,000 miles on it, have its transmission go bad, and not wanting to keep for fear of it having the same problem in the future, we decided to get my wife a new car. The dealer knowing what we wanted secured a new 2018 Equinox Premier for us. I had hoped that a GM customer service supervisor would have at least taken my call to discuss this ordeal that we had gone through, but that was a hope in vain. I just bought a 2018 Chevy Traverse Premier in April to replace my 2014 Suburban LTZ, and the 2016 Equinox had been a trade up from a 2012 Equinox LTZ. I guess, the next vehicle, I won't feel like I 'm betraying GM if I look elsewhere.
