From the beginning the tank flap did not always open when you pressed the button inside the car.
So I was in a tank station and i couldn't open the flap to fill the car with benzine.
But after severe trying with two persons, one person presses the button and other inserts his credit card between the flap and the notch, and one could open the flap.
In the beginning, Ferrari tried some vaseline between the notch and the flap.
That work for some time as it mostly does but when it got warmer and the vaseline dried out the flap was obstructed again.
It took Ferrari 4 interventions to solve the problem - I believe at last the changed the electrical mechanism which drives the notch. Unfortunately Ferrari is always very unclear about what they have changed or done.
