I just bought my exployer last August (2008) and had driven it around for a while when I discovered an attempt to patch a cracked radiator which then failed and I replaced it, then the engine started overheating and I could only drive for a few miles at a time! The heads then got pulled and cracks were found in both of which have been changed but the overheating still exist! The prior owner stated the water pump is new and I know the Radiator and Thermostat are new but it seems the coolant still does not flow or cool in a correct manner! Other than the parts that have been replaced what else could cause the overheat after driving just a couple of miles! I'm glad I only drive 1 mile to and from work! I need suggestion's please!
