The car is undriveable. The gears will change as soon as the engine revolutions reach 2000rpm, with no hill assistance. Traffic driving is not possible as well as overtaking. On open road the car can accelerate slowly but any incline the speed reduces as you cannot press the throttle without the engine revolutions increasing with no drive.
