Both front driver and passenger window motors were failing... down was ok, but back up was very slow. Driver's side finally failed, and would not return to closed/up position. Nearly $300 to replace window motor. I rarely use the passenger side now, and definitely do not bring it all the way down. No telling when that side is going to go as well.
