I bought the vehicle in November 2015. Then by November 2017, my car stopped starting by the first touch of the PUSH START button. When I first realized that I had to press three times before it start. I reported it to the dealer, they promised to call me in to check it. I eventually went in about 2 weeks after when it was taking about 3 minutes to start. The dealer kept the car but returned it in the afternoon and stated that it had no problem (a Friday afternoon). My car then refused to start in the night in a supermarket car park. I couldn't call them. I stayed in the car about 15 minutes to get it started. By the Monday morning, it was taking 15 minutes to start. I called the dealer, ranted and stated the urgency. They forwarded mt to their electrician who advised that the starter was bad and needed to be replaced (he only opened the bonnet and looked down for 2 mins). I informed the dealer and I was called about 2 weeks after to submit the car to facilitate the replacement of the starter. No issues since then.
