The TMPS system has been a problem since I bought the Element new. Every time the temperature drops into forties the sensor light goes off. Every fall and several times in the winter I have to add air to my tires. On 10/17 I took care of adding air for fall. The next day the TPMS light came on telling that the TPMS system was malfunctioning. I am starting to think that these two things are related.
