The seatbelts on my Kia Optima fail to retrack properly. When it first started happening, I thought since I am 5'2 maybe it was because of my height. But in the last 6 months the passenger side belt is getting caught in the door.
There are 6 dings, into the paint. On the driver side its over 20, now it's denting the bare metal. I have reported this to the dealership at Sale Auto Mall here in Kinston, NC. Their suggestion was to "SLOW DOWN" and just wait. How many times do you tell a Senior Citizen to slow down. I made a complaint with KIA MOTORS, seems I'm the only Kia owner to have to wait for their seatbelts to retrack. Today I filed a complaint with my insurance company. Let's see what happens. This is my 3rd Kia, no complaints, but this baby here making me change my mind about KIA.
