My 2015 CX-5 has only 25K and two months ago I started feeling the shaking of the car when I applied brake at high way speed. Now it is time for a service I mentioned the problem, they told me that my front brake disc worn out and I WILL NEED TO PAY $395 to replace them, AND, it is NOT covered by warranty.

How come? This is neither our first car nor our only car. None of them had a problem in the first two years with only 25k miles on it.

I used to be a fan of my CX-5, which drives pretty well. But if they have such kind of problems I would never consider a Mazda car.

25K miles you got a brake you need to PAY to replace it?????

brakes slam on - feel like hit from behind

My husband was driving, he was braking at a stop sign and all of a sudden the braks slammed on and we were convinced we were hit from behind to the point that we both got out of the car and were upset because the car behind us took off. Once we looked at the back of the car we realized we weren't hit. This happened 2 other times on the same day and once about 3 months ago. I thought the incident 3 months ago had something to do with the way my husband was driving. This is the scariest thing ever and I hate driving the car because you never know when it is going to happen. I took it in for service and they couldn't find anything wrong. If there are other complaints there has to be something wrong.
