I left my car parked for a day in a relatively hot (25C) day for a few hours and came back to see a 2 inch crack extending from the middle of the right side going inward to the center of the display. I had barely even touched the screen as I had only had the car a week. Dealership has told me that a new screen was being sent from Japan under warranty. Speculation is that the temperature change had caused this.
