I called for service on 3/10/22. I got an appointment for 4/5 (I need a loaner car). They notified me on 4/15 that I need a new transmission. The valve body and other items that needs to be replaced would possibly cause more issues - so determined a new transmission would be best. Won't have car back for 6-8 MORE weeks - if all goes well, or could be longer. The car has 28k miles on it!?!?

Have I told you that I do NOT feel safe nor trust this car?!?! I keep thinking "this" is the last issue... How can it get worse... and it just keeps getting worse!!!

I've called corporate, reached out on Social Media - nothing back. How is Mazda going to help fix my problems?!?! I want a new car!! Or 10 years/100k BUMPER TO BUMPER service/warranty. This is ridiculous! I bought this car so my young son and I would be safe and not have a car constantly break down!?!? I'm in the shop more than I was with my old car! How is this legal? They keep saying this is not the norm.... prove it, give me a new one!

If you've read my complaint history you know my struggle - if not linked, here it is in brief:

Catalytic converter, rear differential, front struts, brake failure, PCM/TCM update, new transmission

All done prior to 28k miles!
