Mazda TSB #01-013-19-3605
2019 Mazda CX-5
TSB Document:
Affected Component: ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING
- Summary
- Some customers may experience both the check engine light and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) warning light illuminating at the same time. This concern may be caused by lower and/or higher pressures that are detected, which are caused by micro air bubbles that remain inside the urea tank. The micro air bubbles are created at the production line when the liquid (urea) is poured quickly into the urea tank. To eliminate this concern, the pump filter will be modified to reduce any remaining micro air bubbles.
