Tires wear uneven in the front, usually the inside edge. This is a very common issue. Tried numerous alignments, even tried different front struts and nothing worked. Alignment was perfect each time it was checked. Need to rotate tires often, that helps some, but the vehicle will pull usually to the right after a rotation as the wear is uneven. Usually only get about 75% of rated tire life with a set of tires.
