While driving at very low speed, tire suddenly deflated. When we took the tire off (to put the donut tire on) the tpms sensor box had separated from the tire completely. Had it replaced. Had the other valves checked for corrosion but they didn't need replacing at that time (This is the first of two separate incidents).

Couldn't determine what had caused the deflation - no external damage to the tire.

MAZDA6 ISport V4

I've had to replace all four tire pressure sensors over the course of about 2 years. Two caused me to break down on the side of the road.
