The drivers side seat belt doesn't retract all the way when you turn the car off and open the door. It gets stuck half way on the track, if you do not watch out you can really bump your head on it. The rear seat belts also do not pull out from the upper retractable part, it's like its stuck inside. I had ask the local dealership and they told me I had to pay, seems like if it is an issue where an injury can happen then Mazda would fix it FREE of charge.
