I purchased the truck used with a little over 5,000 miles on it, within the first week I noticed that when the defrost is on, the windshield appeared to fog worse then with it off, then I noticed an oily substance on the windshield. Took to the dealer 4 or 5 times and was told that they believe I was using Armor all on the dash and it was spraying on to the windshield and I told them I just bought it and haven't even cleaned it yet and they told me " well maybe the previous owner did", really? Wasn't the whole reason I had to wait 2+ hours to drive it home was because you guys cleaned it?
After about 7 or 8 times they found that the evaporator was leaking oil onto the windshield and they replaced that as well as the heater core. This caused me to go off the road 3-4 times as I drive mostly at night and the glare was ridiculous and the guy at dealer said " don't drive it at night if it bothers you" and I told him that most of the driving I do is at night and he said " drive something else", really? I bought the truck to DRIVE it, not drive something else...
