My 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn would not start. It would sound a single click and all of the electronics would reset and go blank. After a few seconds, the electronics would come back on. I replaced the starter and the problem was not fixed. The dealer tried to find the cause for two days. Ultimately they tried replacing the starter relay and the truck began working again. However, now the driver window automatically lowers itself when I try to raise it, the emergency flashers don't work and several interior lights only work intermittently. There is clearly some other electrical problem.
Update from Nov 3, 2019: The problem has return a little less than a month after the initial instance. The truck won't start, only exhibits one click, and all electronics reset. I replaced the starter relay with a new one and it still does not start. Not sure what the cause is.
