Got a leased 2022 ProMaster City from corporate. The seating position is not very good and seating adjustment requires bending your wrist because everything in this crappy rebadged Fiat Doblo van as a fake American RAM is manual. The whole seating adjustment is MANUAL in a brand NEW 2022. This vehicle has the specifications of cars you see in a 3rd world country. No heated seats, no ventilated seats. The seat is as uncomfortable as some Hondas. The seating adjustment is literally: a metal bar underneath you, a push up/push down lever on the left side like many manual adjustable seats (but the seat itself is slanted where your thighs are pressed against the edge of the seat, may or may not cause numbing in prolonged driving), and 2 turn wheel adjustables on the upper left side of the seat requiring you to bend and hurt your wrist to turn it. Overall, you get an unreliable van with terrible seating positions. I don't know why they didn't add power seats, heated seats, etc for a $30,000+ base model van.
