Somehow the connectors were loose, so they tightened them and recharged the system. Worked fine until on vacation and we lost freon again. I bought a kit and recharged it myself. Worked great until it got cool out and then freon leaked again. Seal on the compressor is bad and leaks when it gets cold outside. I've decided to do a recharge before it gets hot and not worry about the bad seal.
