The contact owns a 2002 Acura MDX. The contact began to notice reduced visibility while driving with the headlights activated. The contact realized that the headlights were abnormally cloudy. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer and independent repair shop on numerous occasions where the headlights were rebuffed. The failure persisted intermittently. The VIN was unavailable. The failure mileage was 40,000 and the current mileage was 100,000.
