Erratic/unreliable wipers/motors and control (not blades). Wipers will not activate properly and when activated act erratically, example will not go into variable speed, will stop mid windshield. When deactivating can take a minute. The whole wiper system when turned off will stop in different positions on the windshield. This poses a safety issue since when you are driving the wipers will stop at an unpredictable time and in your field of vision. Thus blocking some view and also distracting the driver. Should you need more proof, I shot a video of what happens and can provide it if needed. Acura only has a tsb for the same issue on this vehicle but seems to be for other VIN#'s. the vehicle is a 2007 Acura Rdx. Attempts to have Acura resolve this issue has been unsuccessful.

The contact owns a 2007 Acura Rdx. When the climate control system is placed on auto and the weather is warm, the recirculation will not shut off. This does not allow fresh air to enter the vehicle, and forces the contact to keep the recirculation on manual. The failure has occurred ever since the vehicle was purchased.
