Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Approximately 60 days after the vehicle was purchased it was discovered that the vehicle had no rear seat belts. The consumer stated that the engine started on its own with no key or person required. When it rained, water leaked into the vehicle. Sensors, warning lights on the dash board and wipers have not functioned properly since the purchase of the vehicle they work randomly or not at all.
