This is pretty dangerous when lights at night go out. On top of it, a cops pull you over and will give you tickets for not having both your headlights on. I just bought the car used an now dealing with this. Also there something going on with my vehicle airbags srs systems. I think that's something else to add... Pretty upset and of course previous owner did not inform me of any this...

Front passenger headlight flicker once in a while but frequently more often these day. Whenever you made a right turn, you can see your light start flicker and sometime off itself. Only way to correct it problem temporarily is turn off and then on. Been having this issue well over a year plus. Make it short, went to dealer and informed them about the issue. Was told to replace the front right passenger low beam light cost me $225 and hopefully solve the issue. Otherwise, will need overall diagnostic of the headlight possible cost over $1200. Replaced the headlight and still noticed the problem at nightf flickering so annoying. Also, noticed dealer replaced my low beam OEM light and it color doesn't match my driver front light. Driver side is clear white and passenger front is more yellowish.Told the dealer and say it normal...WTH? Honda needs to recall this issue flickering light before more lawsuit lining up cost more money than just to fix the issue for all Acura RLwho has experienced the light flickering. This is dangerous especially at night when lights needed to avoid potentially accident.

Front headlamp began flickering and intermittently shutting off beginning immed after car was serviced for "AFS" error (which the dealer could not fix). Upon driving out of dealership, all warning lights came on - emission control, afts, etc. etc. and then when driving that evening -noticed that problem with front headlamp. Dealer took car back to "fix" headlamp and within 1 week after that , continued to have same problem. Dealer is scheduling to look at car again.
