The GPS System in the Acura RLX is totally worthless! Having become accustomed to using GPS Systems, I expected this system to work the same. NAY! The car has already taken me TWICE in a wasted 2.5 mile circle when the actual directions should have been less than .5 miles. There is no way to stay on Expressways when inputting a long distance trip, the Acura GPS insists on taking you on a direct route, through every little town there is. The Acura Service Departments have no clue how to even test the system let alone fix it, telling me that “is just the way the algorithms work”. The Acura Customer Care is even worse about acknowledging this is unacceptable. I can’t believe I have to use my cell phone when I’m driving what is supposed to be a luxury car!

The other Acura Models apparently use different software. Oh how I wish I could have one of those systems instead of this one who tries to out think people!
