Acura of Memphis service department doesn't want to take responsibility that their service technicians had either put a defective oil drain plug in my vehicle or did not torque the drain plug properly causing premature dislodging which lead to my motor being damaged. They are refusing to file claim under their service part warranty or my general vehicle warranty. This supposedly prestigious company are despicable and treat their consumers like disposable dirty rags. Please don't not buy an Acura, you will regret it.
