The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. The VIN was invalid.

Brake application on wet highway induced an uncontrollable spin. The spin resulted in severe impact with a guard rail causing front-end damage so severe as to prevent the driver door from opening. The supplemental restraint system failed to deploy even after severe frontal impact.
