The contact owns a 2008 BMW 135I. While driving approximately 3 mph in a parking lot, the vehicle unintendedly accelerated and crashed into a pole. There was no personal injury. A police report was not filed. The vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer and collision center. The manufacturer was notified of the problem. The approximate failure mileage was 12,000. The VIN was unavailable.
