There is two issues with the 2000bmw 323ci the first one is a bearing problem on the wheels, they go bad for no reason and the tire gets all loose, the seccond is the fuel tank strap that holds the tank in place broke for no reson when I was driving this is the first time I ever see a strap brake off !!!!
