The contact owns a 2003 BMW 325I. While driving 55 mph, there was a grinding noise coming from the brakes. The failure recurred a few times. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the drums and rotors needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The VIN was unknown. The approximate failure mileage was 11,100.
