Last year my passenger window stopped working and was stuck 3 inches open, a few months later my rear passenger stopped working, then about a month ago my driver side window was acting up, then just yesterday my driver side passenger window stopped working. None of my windows work at all. My boyfriend took the door panel off and looked at the wires and he said it felt "crunchy" like the wire were corroded inside the plastic cover. I don't even know who to go to that won't screw me big time, being a woman and all. I am so pissed because you would like the technology for electric windows would have been a bit better. The car is about 13 years old, but in all fairness barely driven. Hell I don't know. I need to find a decent mechanic. Next time I will be getting manual windows. Screw electric. So it will take 5 seconds more to roll down the window, at least if my car crashes into a lake I might have a chance.

All my windows worked fine for about the whole 2 years I've owned this car so far, except for the front passenger which you could tell the motor was starting to die because it had a hard time rolling up.Well, one day I went though the drive through and my driver side window wont roll down. It doesn't make any noise and it doesn't appear to be getting power because I don't see the lights in my car dimming a bit like they used to when my windows worked. I tried the passenger window and that did not roll down. The 2 back windows did roll down however. I thought it was the switch on the driver door. But when I tried the switch on the front passenger door that window still does not work.

So, to sum it up again, 2 front windows not working, 2 back windows working. How can I fix?
