The contact owns a 2006 Buick Lacrosse. The contact stated that they experienced the same failures listed in NHTSA campaign number: 15V519000 (exterior lighting), but the VIN was not included in the recall. The contact stated that the high beam lights failed completely. In addition, the interior lights also failed to illuminate. The manufacturer was notified of the failures and stated that the vehicle would not be included in the recall. The VIN was invalid. The failure mileage was 54,000.
