Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

When passenger seat was occupied, air bag light showed "off". this occurred about 95% of the time. Passenger weight is approximately 150 lbs. I had the local dealership check this and they found no problem. (approximate date 4/1/14). I took the car back to the dealership around 4/10 and had the service manager sit in the passenger seat and the passenger air bag light indicated that the air bag was "off". to repair this problem, they replaced the passenger seat (installed 20861568 N-module kit (14865-B) and replaced passenger presence module.

There was a warning ("service airbag") message that came up in the driver information display moments before the airbags deployed. The driver was struck by the airbag but was able to maintain control of the vehicle. Vehicle continued to operate, driver was able to get the vehicle to safety where the vehicle was then towed.

The passenger front air-bag"on-light" will not always come on. If my wife sits in the passenger seat, it will not come on (she weighs 120 lbs.) if I sit there it does come on. ( I weigh 185 lbs.). I took the car to the Buick dealer. They kept it for three days. They could not duplicate the problem.
