The contact owns a 2014 Buick Lacrosse. The contact stated that the low beam headlights were defective and failed to provide the proper light coverage. The vehicle was taken to the dealer several times. The dealer raised the headlights; however, the defect was not corrected. The manufacturer advised that the headlight design could not be changed. The failure mileage was 3,000. Updated 6/3/15 updated 9/29/2017
