Reason given by service manager "Vehicle isn't driven enough, cylinders dry up"
My complaint referred to Buick...Representative handling complaint said she had a response from an expert in the 'field' who concurred that cylinders dry up if vehicle is not driven enough. I asked "Who was the expert ?" She gave me the name of my dealer's service manager. Some Research?????
