Picture it - the car has 19,000. We're on our way to a dinner party at a restaurant 45 miles away from home on a Saturday. It's around Christmas time, so it's cold and raining and about 8 pm. All of a sudden we get this huge whiff of sulfur and the service light goes on. We have Onstar, so we call. The person at Onstar says there is a problem with the engine and we shouldn't drive it. Get a tow. We'll need to take it to the dealer on a SUNDAY (the service area is CLOSED on Sundays)

3 DAYS outside of the warranty, the response from the dealer "Tough Luck." $1400 to repair o rings on engine cylinders. Like I said before about the dashboard - poor engineering and poor assembly. What a LEMON!
