Car failed to start properly and dealer indicated the "fuel pressure regulator is leaking". the fuel pressure regulator was replaced and the problem solved, but I was charged for the service. A recall had been placed on the same car (Buick Park Avenue) model for factor replacement of the fuel pressure regulator for other cars bought the same year (2000). Was told I must file a complaint if I expected to have the service paid by a recall.
