Occasionally during cold weather starts at 10 degrees F or colder strong odor of fuel is noticed. Reviewed NHTSA action number EA02030. Car starts with no problem no roughness. Engine runs fine. No caution lights on dash indicators. I'm in the process of replacing the fuel pressure regulator. Fuel leaks and possible fires can be deadly. Just want to let you know.
