Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Caller complained about rotor problem. The rotors began pitting and started to rust. Caller could feel the brakes not holding. The car would not stop. Caller said both rear rotors were rusted. Caller had rear rotors replaced a few weeks ago and now he needed to replace the front as well. Dealer said it was out of warranty and they could not help. Manufacturer offered no help. Caller took vehicle to another mechanic to have the work done.
