UGH!!!! Damn thing blew my motor! No leaks, no temperature gauge rising, no warning lights, NOTHING.

I am going 40 mph. This squeaking starts (like a belt noise sound). Then this loud noise BANG. Then this huge red light with HIGH COOLANT LEVEL goes on. I immediately pull it over. I know what overheating a car can do. I get a tow to the mechanic. Water Pump had locked up. Said: "Sure, replace it" It got replaced & sure enough-motor damage. Cylinder #1 no compression, rattling in valve cover, possible bad rocker arm. JUST GREAT. I can't afford to fix motor. I drive & baby it home. Next day, my husband (knowing to baby it) drives it a mile from home and BAM motor blows. Tow it back home. Guess I'll part it out or junk it.

This car has all of the bells & whistles that you would want in a car. It's pretty & comfortable. If they had just made the mechanics of the car sturdy & long lasting then it would be the best ever... I almost hit 300k, so I guess that's ok. It's just sad that everything else is in great condition, but it won't run.
