The contact owns a 2007 Buick Rendezvous. She stated that during a routine inspection, a technician concluded that the rear knuckle upper bushings needed to be replaced. No repairs were made. While driving over small bumps, the vehicle would shake excessively. The failure mileage was 50000 and the current mileage was 65000.
