1995 BUICK RIVIERA -- Odihas received seven complaints of alleged rear seat belt retractor problems on model year (MY 1995 Oldsmobile Aurora and MY 1995-96 Buick riviera vehicles. The complaints state that the retractor mechanisms fail to retract the belt webbing, thus not providing secure fit for the occupants. Three of the complaintants stated that a spring in the retractor had failed. All of the complaints have been received since August of 1998. Investigation was initiated on September 15 1999.
