My Verano, love the car BUT, the A/C or Heater works whenever it feels like it wants to work. Sometimes when I start the car winter or summer, no matter how hot or cold, it might come on, other times it don't. this car never been in an accident, cant afford to take to dealer to fix, warranty of course is up.

First time owning a Buick, always been a GM person, last car Cadillac before that impala. Brought a buick because everyone told me they are reliable cars. Never had a problem with an a/c before nor heater.

This is very frustrating.

I have a 2013 Buick Verano. At around 25000 miles the AC wasn't cooling as well. I took it to a mechanic and he said it was something like a radiator fan that cost me $600.00. It is still not working properly. Sometimes it blows hot air sometimes cold when it feels like it. He had no idea as to why it is doing this and I surely have no idea when it comes to these newer cars. I would like to have someone give me an explanation I can understand. Thanks

Very inconvenient to be in the coldest weather in Wisconsin now and not have heat. Also when u have kids. And are paying almost 400 dollars a month to lease it. Windows fog up and i freeze my ass off. Being I'm not the only one with this problem I certainly hope there's a recall and this problem gets resolved. I can't afford to fix this problem my lease is almost up and I'd like to keep this car. Besides the heater/ac I have no other complaints about this vehicle. But I've already replaced the rear brakes and tires along with normal maintenance. I'll be contacting the dealership.

Ever since I bought my Buick, there has been an issue. At first it was just that when I switched to the defogger, it would blow cold air, no matter what I set the heat at. Now, the blower only works when it feels like it, which is never on a hot day! I am concerned that once winter hits the heat won't work and then what? I know it's a problem with the vehicle itself, but I just chatted with Buick and they didn't tell me anything. I'd love to know if it's just this one car, or if others are having the same issue. I would like Buick to take care of it, but my warranty is up. I'm just going to have to get it fixed and then a few years from now, they will probably recall it like they have most of my other vehicles!

When you want the heat on, the system blows cold air and when you want the AC, it blows really hot air. Of course, this doesn't happen every time so they can't find the problem.

I am just waiting for all the problems with this car to happen all the time so they will quit making me feel like I am stupid when I bring it in.
