The contact owns a 1995 Cadillac Deville.the contact stated that the frame was rusted and while driving 20 mph, it broke in half. The contact spoke with the manufacturer and they offered no assistance. The contact took the vehicle to an independent mechanic who advised him that this was a frequent problem with this vehicle.
