The contact owns a 2000 Cadillac Eldorado. When the vehicle was started, it made a whining noise from the bearing. The contact opened the hood and noticed that the water pump was leaking. The failure occurred on July 14, 2008 and no repairs have yet been made. The VIN was unknown. The failure and current mileages were 57,000.
