Ongoing problem with brakes. Have had them replaced twice in the past year even though only 15,000 miles between replacements. Brakes continue to make loud and strange noise, like the ABS is activated, when braking at low speeds (under 10 mph). Vehicle appears not to stop very quickly when braking at low speeds. This happens consistently.
