I have been having problems with my headlights since the day it first rained and I purchased my vehicle. Now the lights have dimmed all the way down and flicker as I drive at night can't see anything. I have replaced numerous bulbs and fuses to no avail. The seats act weird when you set them for yourself or another driver. The wipers barley work its like driving trying to kill yourself or someone else.

Front headlights are low beam and make it difficult to drive at night. You can only see a few feet in front of the car.

I have noticed excessive water droplets in headlights it's so bad visibility is a safety concern at night because you can see headlights don't even look like there on. I have to use high beams which puts others lives in danger due to being blinded by the bright lights that can lead into more crashes.

Headlights are getting extremely dimmed and now you can't even tell if they are on vehicle is underivable at night time. I have complained many times directly to Cadillac customer care but no one care. Dealership ships wants $1500 per light to replace them. There should have been the recall long time ago.

Bought this 2010 Cadillac used in 2012. Have had repeated issues with condensation in lenses and poor visibilty to the point of not even sure lights are on? took it to Cadillac while still underwarrany immediately after purchase. Cleaned outcondensarion and said it was all they could do. I am afraid that the lights will fail completely while xriving, resulting in damage or death. I'm serious.

Water draining into the passenger compartment, potential of damaging electronics and starting a fire. Water also created a carpeting problem on the passenger side. GM issued a customer satisfaction bulletin, but California was excluded - why"??" "14225 customer satisfaction - sunroof drain hose leaks". after further research I found the 14225 document and the process needed to repair the drain tube. I was astonished to see that California cars are excluded from the campaign. How can this be, evidently it doesn't rain in California but the bulletin covered europe, puerto rico etc., who would publish a customer satisfaction document excluding states in which the same cars were purchased, and would be susceptible to the identical problem identified in the satisfaction bulletin. After taking my Srx to the dealer it was confirmed that the drain tube as identified in the 14225 bulletin was the problem, thus allowing water from the sun roof drain, to flood into the passenger compartment. I authorized [xxx] to fix the leak at my expense ($449.41). Regards [xxx] manager, quality assurance [xxx] [xxx] information redacted pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).'

The front light headlight assembly seals wore out and the headlight blew out while we were driving home in the rain, at night. Water penetrated the headlight which is what caused the lamp to blow out. I called GM and they played dumb and said they had never heard of this problem. Yet as I was at the dealership to get it fixed there were other 2010 models driving in with the exact same problem. GM would not extend the warranty to cover this, as the warranty was over 4 years but still under the 50K miles. At $1400 each to replace these headlights, they need to fix this defect. Additionally, they are going to kill someone if these headlights keep blowing out at nighttime in the rain.
