Had oil changed at caddy dealer in early May. Drove home. Left in garage for 7 days while driving other car. . Battery too dead to open doors. Installed new battery. 2 weeks later after 6 days in garage ... same thing. Just now, after 3 days in garage. Same thing. Fierce second occurrence, caddy dealer could find nothing.

Battery hesitated to start car. After have two prior electrical problems, I chose to drive it directly to the dealership.

They replaced the battery. Again I asked if these models were having electrical problems. I was told a few had to be replaced. If the car wasn't under warranty, the repairs would be astronomical.

Battery went dead. Car was stalling and stopping in traffic. Battery replaced in August, but did not resolve the issue. Car was returned with dead battery again on October 16th, and then with additional electrical issues in November and in December. The problem has yet to be resolved

The car stops dead in traffic and you cannot restart it. Its' like it blacks out or something. Cadillac has admitted that they cannot diagnose the issue at my dealership. I am at my wit's end with this car!

Car all of a sudden while sitting in garage, I could not open the doors with key fob. After I found manual online I figured out how to get door open because manual was locked into car. I called Roadside assistance the next day and they came out, did not have a answer on why the car lost all power except maybe having a bad battery. I was upset because of the inconvenience, if I did not have another car I would have been stuck when I needed to go to work. Luckily I do have another car which I had to drive to get to work. They sent a Cadillac technician to my house and gave me a new battery and all power restored. I was just surprised my battery would go out after buying vehicle with 52 miles August 2013 and not even a full two years and I had to replace battery. Technician said the new cars are doing so many things now and the batteries are a component that comes from a variety of places/countries hard to tell if you got a bad battery.

All in all Cadillac's service is the best, I ever had tech came to my house and replaced battery in my garage, just shocked that battery would go out so soon.
