The contact owns a 2006 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500. There are two flex/gas lines connected to the fuel regulators under the drivers seat. The lines have rubbed against each other; they are worn, and cause a friction that created a hole. The pump sprayed gas under the exhaust of the vehicle and it could cause a fire. The vehicle is being repaired by a local mechanic. The current and failure mileages were 40,000.
